Spain is a sunny country whose shores are washed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic. Spain includes two archipelagos of Balearic and Canary Islands. You must try paella in Valencia, see the Grail and the fantastic City of Science and Arts at the bottom of a dried-up river.
The most beautiful beaches are on the Costa Dorada with golden sand, but the legendary island of Tenerife will surprise you with dark-coloured volcanic sand and a climb to the top of a dormant volcano.
When to go to Spain
Spain is characterised by dry and hot summers and warm, humid winters, with short-term frosts in the central regions. It is better to buy a tour to Spain in April-May and September-October. Beach season from the end of May to September. In October the air temperature is from 20 to 25 °C. From November the temperature drops to 15-20°C, wind and rains begin. In December the first snow falls. January-February is the ski season, with temperatures in the plains of 10-13°C. The realm of eternal spring in the Canaries, it never gets hot or cold, even in March the water temperature is 20°C.
